What happens during a maintenance visit?
AC Maintenance Visit Plan:
During your annual AC maintenance, our technicians perform a full system check to keep your home comfortable and your unit running efficiently. We start by checking how well your system is cooling, then clean and flush the drain line to prevent clogs. The outdoor condenser coil is washed to improve airflow, and we test key components like the blower motor, compressor, and outdoor fan to make sure everything is working properly. We also inspect electrical connections, capacitors, and the contactor for any signs of wear. Finally, we check the refrigerant levels and cooling performance to ensure your system is operating at its best all season long.
Heating Maintenance (Gas or Heat Pump) Visit Plan:
During your annual heating maintenance, our technicians perform a complete system inspection to keep your furnace or heat pump running safely and efficiently. We start by checking temperature rise and airflow, then test key components like the blower motor, compressor, and outdoor fan. For heat pumps, we test the emergency heat strips and defrost control to ensure proper operation in colder weather. We inspect all electrical connections, capacitors, and the contactor for signs of wear, and verify refrigerant levels, gas pressure, and overall system performance. Safety is also a top priority—we test the flame sensor, limit switch, and inducer assembly, and perform a carbon monoxide test to make sure your system is operating safely and reliably all winter long.
Annual Plan (1 System)
Maintenance agreement includes two visits per year. One visit for heating system in the fall/winter and one visit in the spring. to ensure systems are operating optimally all year long.
Availibility for maintenance over summer months is extremely limited due to work load during peak season.
